Individual Properties:
North Side:
Note: There is the possibility of added confusion here, as at some stage the houses were re-numbered!
What is now 1 Church Street, the Library (the "Hub"), the old Great Western Mill and the Fire Station are on the site of what was 19 High Street,
Great Western Mill
Fire Station and Fire Service since 1924.
The older properties start from the site of the Ebenezer Chapel (formerly Wesleyan Methodist). I think that the current 3 and 2 Church Street (built c.1972?) were on the site of the previously numbered 1 Church Street.
