The land to the east of 39 Charnham Street (now Kerridge Insurance, latterly Undys Farm) has been the subject of a planning appeal regarding the proposed "budget" hotel.
The NWN reported (21st July 2011) that the appeal was upheld.
The land is awaiting development.
